JAMES ROLPH (KNOWN AS JD)

CEO + Co-founder

James Rolph began his business career with Platinum Tippers, a single truck carting asphalt that grew into a respected name in the asphalt industry.  Boasting two full set crews, a cartage fleet, and the added value of labour hire.

Today, James is the co-CEO and co-founder of MR Roads, responsible for the delivery and execution of works, including maintenance.  He takes a unique approach in the way he works with clients.  Instant rapport and genuine care give James an unrivalled edge in the client-contractor relationship.

DAN MIKUS (KNOWN AS PELLY)

CEO + Co-founder

Dan is the co-founder and co-CEO of MR Roads, and is responsible for all financial and contractual obligations, including acquiring work.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the corporate world, having worked on the other side of the client-contractor relationship.

It’s where his unique approach to client relationships comes into play.  Dan starts with the clients’ objectives first and adapts to advise and facilitate your best options for success.

This ensures a loyal following with continuous business.

JESSICA ROLPH

Chief Operating Officer

Jess is the Chief Operating Officer at MR Roads and has been part of the business’s leadership team for more than 6 years.

Beginning her career as an administration manager, Jessica has a wealth of experience across all facets of running an asphalt business. At MR Roads, she dedicates her time to growing and optimising company operations, providing a streamlined and intuitive approach in the office and out on site. Jessica is a creative enthusiast who incorporates her approach into the presentation, problem-solving and function of the company.
